Program name & description

The KYN Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals text messaging program sends transactional service messages to customers who rent a dumpster from us. Messages include booking confirmations, pickup and swap-out scheduling, bin-full check-in reminders, charge-approval requests, and two-way customer support replies.

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages from KYN Roll-Off when you submit your phone number on our online booking form and check the box agreeing to receive SMS updates about your rental, or when you text us to begin a conversation. You may also text START to our business number to opt in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your rental activity (for example, a confirmation when you book, reminders as your bin fills, and replies to your questions).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to get HELP

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, call us at (561) 878-1535, or email rob.jq@kynhauling.com.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and we will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
